Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Shmuel, including email sign up, sign in, operator onboarding, and the workflows run through the product.
Access and account responsibility
- Access is currently controlled through email-based one-time verification codes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining control of the email inbox used to access the product.
- We may suspend, limit, or revoke access where we reasonably believe an account, workflow, or connected line is being used without authority or in a way that creates operational, legal, or security risk.
Authorized use
- Use Shmuel only for lawful and authorized business operations.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the product, scrape private data, or bypass security controls.
- Do not submit deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise unlawful content through the product or connected workflows.
Connected lines, records, and third-party channels
- If you connect a WhatsApp line, upload documents, or process records through Shmuel, you represent that you have the right and authority to do so.
- You remain responsible for the business decisions, notices, approvals, and consents required for the people and records you manage through your workflows.
- Shmuel is an independent product and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Availability and changes
- Shmuel is still being developed and we may change, pause, or remove features, workflows, or integrations.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every message route, onboarding path, or operator workflow.
